Prices and payment

You pay the total shown before you confirm, including any delivery and any VAT the salon charges: nothing is added afterwards. Card payments are taken securely by Stripe; for collection orders the salon may let you pay when you collect.

Delivery and collection

Delivery goes to the address you give at checkout, for the delivery price shown before you pay. Collection orders are collected from the salon; your order confirmation says what happens next.

Changing your mind on products

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell the salon you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send or bring the products back. The salon refunds you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting them back or of proof that you sent them.
Sealed cosmetics and hygiene products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
If something arrives faulty or not as described, your legal rights are not affected by anything here: contact the salon.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the day they are bought.
You can cancel a gift card within 14 days of buying it for a full refund, as long as none of it has been used.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Keep the code safe: anyone with it can spend the balance.

If something goes wrong

Contact the salon first; most problems are quickest to fix that way.

If you cannot sort it out with the salon, the Citizens Advice consumer service can help (citizensadvice.org.uk).
